Extend unused pass

I have purchased pass for 7 days now my plan changed and wish to extend for 10 days

I haven’t used my pass yet Possible to extend

You can't extend but you can exchange your pass for another one, for a €15 fee:

If you have a mobile pass, and you have already activated it, then you have to cancel the activation first.
