Eurostar - other than payment confirmation I can't find any details

I have booked a Eurostar trip St Pancras to Lille and paid the seat reservation supplement but I other than a payment confirmation I cannot find details of the seat reservation?

You should have received a confirmation email but if not, check the reservations overview in your account. If it's not there, then contact customer support.

Please provide more information. Where did you reserve the seat?

thanks for your reply. i paid for the reservation on the Interail website through my profile. i booked a trenitalia seat reservation st the same time for which i was emailed a ticket with allocated seats

its bizarre I have paid the sea reservation fee but the seat reservation has not arrived.  I have contacted customer services and await their reply
