My son is in Italy and has had his phone stolen. It seems as if the pass and it’s functionality is linked to the original ( stolen) phone and is not accessible with another phone. Is this correct and if so how can he book future train journeys?

He have to get in contact with customer support with this form they send then a new activation code for his pass :) https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new
