Is it worth getting a 7-day pass for these days or should I rather buy a 4-day pass and buy the tickets on site?

I only see 3 trains (Bucharest-Halkali should be direct), for which you would only need 3 travel days.

A pass is likely to be more expensive than 3 regular tickets.

If you're planning more journeys, then a pass might be worth it, but without any details we can't say more.
