Yes, Interrail is valid on the Centovalli line (Domodossola - Locarno).

If you catch a panoramic train you might have to pay a small supplement. In the ticket office in Locarno they told me that I could pay it on board… but then I had a “non-panoramic” train and didn’t have to pay :D.
