Hi!
I wanted to travel yesterday from Brussels tot Brzeg. But, in Germany there was 45 minutes delay and in a later train 10 minutes. So I missed some connections and the las train tot Brzeg that day. I ended in Poznan. I read that I don’t need to use another ‘travel day’ if you lost your connections due to delays. But How do I need to do this practical?

You need a confirmation of the delayed train

Letter or Screenshot

Then ask Staff for assistance as they issue then a zerofare ticket. And in cases like yours should even Provide you with a Hotel Voucher for Poznan
