Hi my name is Jihyun Gong, i just purchase a eurail pass with my friend.
We made a plan with rail planner app delightly, but some issues we faced.
First, after add some schedule list in ‘my trip’, and turn on yellow slice button, and we didn’t get confirm email.
And we found some notice ‘ seat reservations required’. But when we click that schedule, we couldn’t find to pay.
So we entered a eurail website with my computer, and added my schedules, and cart some schedule for pay. But some schedule, like paris to venice ticket, couldn’t pay directly. So I enter another site to get a seat reservation, but that price was different with eurail pass’s price.
We have a mobile ticket, no paper. And our journey will start 15th, april. So we don’t have a time to get eurail pass by paper.
