Issuer and pass cover number mobile pass

Hi, I have been in contact with the support but to no success. Me and my friends have individual mobilepasses since we will be doing most of the tip together. When I want to add them to the trip and make reservations I need the pass cover number and the issuer. We bought our mobilepasses though this website and the support and other threads have said the same, that you don’t need those just the email. But, the website will not let me make reservations or add the travellers without issuer and pass cover number.

We have all contacted the support a few days ago to get our pass cover numbers.

How do I do this step by step if I do not need my pass cover number or issuer, like I am supposedly able to?

Just FYI, I did click “I purchased my pass on interrail.eu” and followed the septs sent to me by the support.

Hope to get some answers soon.

Your issuer code should be 9901 if iam not wrong :) Thats the System issuercode for Interrail.eu :)

Thank you! But still need the pass cover code, do I get that from the supportteam?

Hi, I haven’t got a pass cover number and issuer details when I bought eurail pass from an external vendor. When I contacted the eurail support care over mail they gave me a number but it says invalid. Can anyone help with how to proceed further ?

I'm glad it's solved, Tarun, by providing you with a correct Pass Cover Number and issuer number.

This is madness. I have the same issue. Dear Interrail staff - you *desperately* need to improve your system!

Hello here,

I have got the same problem.
I just cannot book a damn train without my pass cover number.
I got an one country pass for france, and the TGVs on the Interrail website are not good in terms of time.
The TGV on Travel B Europe are way better.

Yours Leon

@Leon Spielt

You can call  b-europe and make the reservation. No need of Pass Cover Number.

The phone call is rather expensive.

The best way to make reservations for French trains is to call SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.

https://www.sncf.com/en/customer-service/contact-us/telephone

Press #85 for English, no booking fees, reservations are sent via e-mail

To get your Pass Cover Number, if you still will need it, you need to contact Customer Support through this form and ask for the Pass Cover Number.

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. Please let Customer Support know what date your travel will start so that they can prioritise your request correctly.
