Quick question,

ill travel to London for 4 Days and found a nice connection. But on my way back it seems like every train from London to Brussel or Paris is fully booked with Interrail. Is there any chance that ill get my reservation on the 24.07 or is it normal that every Eurostar Train is booked. (I checked for Trains starting 22.07 - 10.08 and every single one is not available)

In high season it is quite common that the trains get full easy. In any case, I would still check https://www.b-europe.com/EN/Booking/Pass#Outbound for availability. 

Otherwise you can always try making the reservation on the train station or finding alternative routes.
