outbound ticker cancellation

I accidentally used my outbound ticket for a trainthat already left the station one hour ago, I meant to use it for the train that goes tomorrow. It was not possible to cancel this ticket, can this be put on the train for tomorrow in stead of the one that I’m not on?

If you have a global mobile pass you could try an email to customer service marking it urgent with the date of travel. If it’s a paper pass no chance. I’m afraid it’s like turning up at the airport a day late and hoping they’ll let you on!

Use this form to contact Customer Support. Describe what happened and if you are lucky you might get your outbound travel day back. You must write that you are currently travelling.

The advice from the experienced travellers is to never activate a travel day in advance. You only should activate the travel day just before boarding the train. And never activate an outbound or inbound travel day unless you are 110% sure that it is the correct travel day.
