Hi

 

I made five seat reservations yesterday for the Paris to Bordeaux Train ( In August ) 

 

There is a glitch, which means that when I select the 17.11 train, the 16.11 train is indicated ( screenshot attached )  however when you fo through to review order, the 17.11 is indicated again.

 

My reservations have arrived, but they are for the 16.11, which is too early for our connection.

 

Is there a helpline/ email address I can contact to correct this? 

 

Has anybody else experienced the same problem?

Yeah there is sometimes the glitch if you book from a different timezone 😕 Happens from time to time

Currently the Customer Service is overcrowded with request as it´s summer (high season) and due the 50% Flash sale last month :/


The better way to book French reservations is by phone via SNCF. Press #85 for English, no booking fees (10€ in this example), reservations are sent via e-mail.
