I made five seat reservations yesterday for the Paris to Bordeaux Train ( In August )
There is a glitch, which means that when I select the 17.11 train, the 16.11 train is indicated ( screenshot attached ) however when you fo through to review order, the 17.11 is indicated again.
My reservations have arrived, but they are for the 16.11, which is too early for our connection.
Is there a helpline/ email address I can contact to correct this?
Has anybody else experienced the same problem?
