It is now Hellenic trains (used to be OSE= state organismo) and is run and managed by your own TrenItalia.
IC trains are limited to the main line Athinai-Thessaloniki, not the route that GR-tourists most want. And a few side lines with local treni only. GR has NO treni since a few yrs to other countries.

I asked about intercity service, because I work for 14 days in Thessaloniki and I have one home near Atene 😅
