Hello, it's urgent! I had a 4 days pass. I had booked trains for 2 days that I could not take because of the strikes. They were all the same. How do I get them back?

Include in your request when you need those travel days. Mention a concrete date, not "urgent” or "ASAP”.

For next time: please never activate your pass, travel days or inbound/outbound journeys in advance. There is no need to to that and you can only cancel them until midnight CET before they become valid.
