(Sorry for my broken english)
That will be my first travel arround the Europe, i have found a little trouble, i`m searching for a train from Interlaken to Venezia Mestre, the train change will be on Brig on destination to Venezia Mestre, the problem is.
I really searched for but i couldn`t find the site or how book a seat reservation, maybe i will need make a reservation on the train station on Brig?

I looked in all that sites
The trains from Interlaken to Spiez and Spiez to Brig don’t need reservations. 
The reservation for Brig to Venice can be booked on the ÖBB website. It will cost €11 in second class, or €13 in first class.
Oh that was fast, thanks for the answer but,
There this message “Ticket not available” if i search for seat reservation.
But if i search for normal tickets i find for € 77, that`s right?

You should buy the reservation the same way as your second screenshot but you need to add Interrail/Eurail Global Pass as a discount first.
77€ is the price of a regular ticket.
