Reservation issues - after passenger details I'm taken back to the homepage


Hi, i have got 5 trips in my basket, fill out the details at stage 2, then when i click on the add passenger details button - it just takes me back to teh home page ?

I have read somewhere that you should not try to add too many journeys at once when making the reservations. What happens if you make the reservation for only one journey at a time?

Now can suddenly get through to payment stage - but payment box is now not clickable ?

Worry is you end up paying for one leg, then cant make the next !

Currently having the same issue. Manage to make it once to passenger details in two days but not further.

In that case, you can also call SNCF (press #85 for English) or call NS. Neither charge booking fees and both will send reservations via e-mail.
