London - Valenciennes

Valenciennes - Paris

Yes, have a look at https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm

Amsterdam -> London trains do not run at the moment due to works in the security terminal. Take the hourly reservation-free IC to Brussels, have a break and board the Eurostar there (30€).

London -> Lille (30€) and then any TER regional train to Valenciennes.

For Valenciennes to Paris, there are also a few reservation-free possibilities that don't take too long. Depending on the date of course.
