Hi, I wondering if anyone could help me with the refund rules for a seat reservation Milano-Paris made through the Interrail portal. On the ticket it states that the ticket is refundable up to 30 minutes before departure. If I cancel the ticket through the Interrail portal, will I be refunded the full amount? Thanks!

Many thanks Anna, I’ve read the support article but it doesn’t answer my question unfortunately. When trying to cancel the ticket, it only links back to the refund page that also doesn’t provide any help. :(
What happens when you click on the trash bin next to your reservation in your Interrail account?
It looks like attached. When clicking check refund policy, it takes you to the general booking conditions without any clear information about the process or amount to be refunded.
