I have purchased a Eurail Italy pass and some of the journeys I have planned require a seat reservation. When I try to book a reservation in the Rail Planner app the site continues to buffer and will not load? Can anyone give me guidance on this issue?

You can book seat reservations for Italy through either raileurope.com or oebb.at too (and that should be slightly cheaper too as it'll avoid the extra booking fee).
