Hi! Recently, I was looking into seats on the Intercité de Nuit between Paris Austerlitz and Toulouse Matabiau. The three possibilities (2x 2nd class, 1x 1st class) both just say ‘TARIF EURAIL INTERRAIL’. Does anyone know what kind of seats you actually get with these options? For example, would the 1st class option be a 4-person couchette, or should I think more in the direction of 2-1 seating plan? Many thanks!

French night trains currently have 2nd class seats, 2nd class couchettes (6-person compartment) and 1st class couchettes (4-person compartments).

Best place to book reservations is www.raileurope.com.
