I am taking the sleeper from oslo to bergen next week and made a reservation via Interrail reservation service. After receiving the reservation via postal service I saw that I received two compartments (each for one or two passengers). We are only two passengers traveling, so one compartment would be fine.

I made a call to vy (norwegian railway) and they told me to write an email. After one week I got the response that they haven’t made the booking so I should reach to the place where I made it to get a refund.

On the interrail page it says, that it takes long to respond and online I can only delete the whole booking instead of just one compartment. What would you recommend to do? - What way of reaching to interrail would you suggest?

I somehow think that I can not cancel one compartment. I double checked the interrail reservation page and did not see an option to choose how many compartments should be booked (see image). I think it would be good if it would be possible on the reservation page too choose or an information how many compartments are booked.
