your pass isn't valid on this date...???

it's before activate my eurail global pass, yet

i'm practicing  train reservation, but why do I see 

"your pass isn't valid on this date..." on the screen?

and  when I try to make a seat reservation with a chrome browser, the screen stops or

 " bad request....." screen appears.

but chrome browser also work well in hotel reservations, obb app, and trenit app

of course I can make a reservation with a different browser in korea

what browser do you use to make seat reservations on your eurail pass?

Please verify in the app that you have't activated your pass yet. You may also be using a reservation date more than 11 months after the purchase date.

I  haven't fully activated the eurail pass yet, 
I'm practicing for the train reservation by eurail pass
i'll try again after activate the ticket.

There's no need to activate the pass. It's actually better not to do that until your first travel day.
