Reservations for passholders on Eurostar services to London are some of the highest.

They are a fixed price of €30 2nd class and €38 1st class from Paris, Lille and Brussels, higher from Amsterdam/Rotterdam. add a €2 booking fee from Eurail.

You can also purchase passholder reservations from https://www.b-europe.com/EN/Booking/Pass#TravelWish you will need a covr number available here

They charge €4 per booking.

To see the full regular ticket price currently available for the same trains you can search on www.eurostar.com

Do be aware there is a quota for passholder reservations that closes availability before the train is sold out for regular fares, these trains are in high demand and can sell out weeks in advance.

Yes, both the Euraiil site and this exact link https://www.b-europe.com/EN/Booking/Pass#TravelWish only sell seat reservations to be used with valid, active global eurail/interrail passes.

Those are the correct prices for seat reservations on these trains. It is not possible to travel on these trains without reservations.

Full fare+reservations range from €57 to €250 with the lowest only available booking well in advance.

Userlevel 7

For Munich to Milan, that depends. There are day trains (with a change) and a night train (direct).

The night train is best booked via tickets.oebb.at. Do NOT use "Seat reservation only” but add the Interrail/Eurail discount and then select "One-way tickets and day tickets”. Book it as soon as you can because night trains are popular.

If you want to travel by day train, please mention the route and departure time, since there are at least 2 possibilities.

2 options :

- München Hbf - Zürich HB 12:55 - 16:27 (4,50 € optional but recommended reservation)

- Zürich HB - Lugano 17:05 - 18:58

- Lugano - Milano Centrale 19:02 - 20:17

OR

- München Hbf - Verona Porta Nuova 13:34 - 18:58 (10€ surcharge + seat reservation)

- Verona Porta Nuova - Milano Centrale 19:32 - 20:45 (10€ mandatory seat reservation)

If you let us know your choice, we'll tell you where to book :)

Both cross the Alps on nice railways so no real preference. Go via Verona if you prefer only one change.

For the Munich - Verona leg, use cd.cz : about 10€ for the surcharge incl. a seat reservation.

tickets.oebb.at also sell those but it's 10€ for the surcharge and 3€ for the optional reservation

For Verona - Milan and all trips within Italy, use tickets.oebb.at (add Eurail/Interrail as a discount and select one-way tickets).

Both sites do not have booking fees (compared to eurail.com)

Via Zürich is also possible with only 1 change, if you take the Eurocity from Zürich to Milan (11€ reservation).

Yep it'd only take an hour longer so feel free to choose.

- The 57-km Gotthard Tunnel vs. the Brenner Pass

- 12:55 - 20:50 vs. 13:34 - 20:45

- 14€ vs. 20€

Simply https://www.cd.cz/en/default.htm -> select the route (München Hbf - Verona Porta Nuova), day and time. Add passengers with Eurail/Interrail discount. Let us know which price you get.

And tickets.oebb.at -> add Interrail/Eurail discount and select one-way tickets. It should work

You are way too early. Seat reservations usually open 3 months before departure (sometimes less).

Enjoy spring and try again in July :)

The timetable isn't even confirmed yet per your screenshot

October is too far in advance. Try again from 3 months in advance.
