I have a one day pass in Switzerland, leaving from Zurich. Which itinerary do you recommend to get the most of it? I need to get back to Zurich the same day.

Something like Zurich - Chur - St. Moritz - Landquart - Zurich would be very pretty. Cute red trains across the Alps (Albula & Vereina railways).
Zurich - Göschenen - Andermatt - Disentis/Mustér - Chur - Zurich could work too.
