just a question about the 5 day pass: Can I choose the days during which to travel? If I understood well during a 2 weeks trip I can take a train only 5 times?

You can choose your 5 travel days when you want within the validity period of 1 month. You don't need to choose the days in advance, you just activate a travel day just before your first train of the day.
Also keep in mind that, on a travel day, you can use as many trains as you want.
+1With a 5-day pass you can choose 5 days to travel. On each of those five days (00:00-24:00) you can take as many trains as you want.
