Hi! When i try to activate a trip's ticket, it says that this action will last 20 mins and 1 travel day will be used. What I need is a copy of my ticket to send to a specific person and also print out so that i can carry it with me as a paper just in case. How can i access the ticket without using a travel day?

You can only see the ticket when you activate a travel day. It best not to do that in advance.
I've never seen a warning that this action will last 20 minutes though. Could you post a screenshot of that?
+7The mobile Pass is only valid in the App. So printing it out is not a valid ticket.
