No, what I mean is the trip I planned from one city in Spain to another was deleted along with the reserved seat. How do I recover that trip
Where was that? In the Rail Planner app, on the Eurail website? In the latter case, where on the Eurail website?
If you booked a seat through Eurail, then you should have received a confirmation mail, and your reservation should also be visible in your Eurail account, in the Reservations overview.
