I activated 1' class global pass. Can i acess to lounge Without reservation of ticket or confirmed ticket in pass? Now i just reached uk. Tq

You should have a valid ticket: an active travel day with a train added to it of the operator who owns the lounge. Reservation isn't necessary.

It sometimes helps to have a reservation to show, though it isn’t really necessary.

Last year, the staff at all lounges was happy with just our passes. Usually very friendly.

We have had both situations - where the people on the desk are OK with just simply having an Interrail (active for the day, obv), and also where they want to know what train we are taking.

As a result, whenever we are on a 1st class travel day and near a lounge we just look at the departures board, pick something 90 minutes out, enter it on the pass and go into the lounge.  Afterall, we have a pass and we might well take that train.  Or we might change our mind.  The joys of interrailing.
