He comprado 5 Interrrail global pass para mi grupo de amigos. He descargado la aplicacion Rail Planner, la fecha de viaje comienza en junio. Debo activar ya los pases? He hecho reserva de asientos. Si activo los 5 pases en mi teléfono luego puedo enviárselos a mis amigos?

Only activate the interrail passes on the day you start your travel.
I would also recommend that each of you activates his pass on his own phone. (While its possible to have the passes for multiple people on the same phone, its just easier and more flexible if each person has his pass on his own phone)
Seat reservations can be send to other people. (you should buy the 5 seat reservations always together so you get seats next to each other, sounds like you already did this correctly) If you open them in the app you can send the reservations as a pdf (via the share symbol).

The QR has to be generated on each travel day. (You need an internet connection for that.)
