I have just received an email saying that I urgently need to set up my pass as it will expire in 8 weeks - I only bought it about two months ago. Anyway - I bought a 7 day pass to use in a month and I have to activate it by the 23rd of march. My 1st day of travel will be the 1st of April. I think I have set it up, the last step I had to do is activate it. Do I need to activate it now? I hope this makes sense.

If it states that you have to activate it by the 23rd of March, you should activate it and choose the travel period to be 23 March - 22 April.
The activation date listed on your pass is leading. However, in general regular passes can be activated up to 11 months after purchase (beta plus passes only 3 months).

Thank you, yes I did purchase the beta plus pass and thought I had 11 months. I’ll activate it soon and state that my travel period would be from the 23rd of March to the 22nd of April. Thank you for your help.
