Just having a panic!
Am trying to add a prebooked (already paid seat booking/reservation) ticket to a journey day whist on my App on the mobile.
Any advice helpful :)

There's no connection between reservations and the app. All trains, no matter if you have a reservation or not, must be entered as Journeys in the Trip that is connected to your pass.

Thanks Anna, still learning how to use the app.
Have managed to manually add the trip and can link it to my pass when i need it.
