Just having a panic!
Am trying to add a prebooked (already paid seat booking/reservation) ticket to a journey day whist on my App on the mobile.
Any advice helpful :)

There's no connection between reservations and the app. All trains, no matter if you have a reservation or not, must be entered as Journeys in the Trip that is connected to your pass.
