I bought the eurail pass and activated it. But didn’t know my 11 year old son is free. How can I add him and activate while there is no pass number of him on the bill?

Children’s passes are free when you buy an adult pass, but your child does need their own pass. Usually you would add this at the time of purchase.
If your pass is refundable, you could refund it, and then buy it again, with a child pass.
Or contact Customer Services to see if there’s anything they can do

Thanks a lot. My pass is out of time for free refundable. So that the only solution I have is contacting Customer service.
