Please excuse my lack of knowledge but I'm new to this

I purchased 2 global passes (7days) and my question is can I simply add reservations and tickets I have purchased from both this site and Rail Europe to the pass before leaving for the trip in September

The pass is your ticket. After activating a journey, you'll have a button "Show ticket”.

Pass and reservations are completely separate. You can't add reservations in the Rail Planner app.

Thank you for the advice

So can I still add tickets to the pass regardless of where I purchased them?

I'm afraid you're still not understanding.

The pass is your ticket. You don't need to buy any other tickets for trains covered by the pass.

You will need reservations for some trains and you can book them wherever you like. The best overview of where best to book for which train is this page:

Reservations can't be added to the pass. They're separate in addition to the pass. On a train with mandatory reservations, you need to show both your pass and the reservation.
