Hi i am planning my trip from Germany to Schweiz and then Roma my question is with global pass am I allowed to take all train like in Schweiz city train and bus or just from one country to another?

You can take every train of the participating companies. You find the overview here:
I’lld say 97% of all trains in Europe are included, be mindfull of the exceptions thibcabe mentioned above.
Domestic trains yes. With the exception of private touristy railways to peaks such as Jungfrau, Gornergrat, Rigi,…
Buses, trams are in general not included.
