Hello,I plan from Tirano to Moritz St. on May 12 this year.Train schedule is LIMITED.H’ever,I find many bus replacement on SBB timetable.May I use this bus service with Global Pass holder ? How to update this bus service on APP planner if I can take SBB BUS as well.Please guide me how to update mannually.

Indeed there are works on the middle part of the line. Buses take the scenic Bernina pass road instead. Passes are valid.
The replacement buses are still missing on Rail Planner. That's why you shouldn't use that tool for planning -> good idea to check SBB! ;)
They will be added in a following update. For now you don't have to do anything. If they haven't appeared by 12th May, look up a connection, go down the page and click on "add a train manually".
