I will be traveling from London to Paris, returning to London two days later. Is there a Eurail pass for 1-day or 2-day travel? Also, will the reservation be included or is that additional?

No, there isn't. Eurostar reservations between London and Paris cost 30€ in 2nd class (38€ 1st) on top of the pass.
