I just reserved my seat for Brussels Midi - Paris Nord (eurostar) on the B-europe (sncb international website) using my eurail code. On the app it didn’t register as a travel day, do I have to manually make that day a travel day? Or do I leave it how it is

The app doesn’t know you have a reservation. They’re not linked in anyway.
You’ll need to add all trains you take to the app, in order to generate your ticket.
