So I would like to travel in the Balkans But it look like in Bosnia trains and it’s tough if you go down the coast of Croatia is there somebody that have a good travel map when you travel this places to know with the train

Yeah, trains are not great in that part of the world. You'll need buses or ferries too.
The only Bosnian train is the line running is the one from Sarajevo-Mostar, which continues towards the coast. In summer it goes to Ploče in Croatia, but most of the year it terminates in Bosnia.
Bus from Dubrovnik-Mostar is useful.
