I believe there are hostels with discounts if you have interrail in Berlin.
I dunno if it depends on ticket purchased but I can see a 10% discount at Sunflower Hostel.
Once you add your pass to the rail app you can see benefits available on your trip map or in the More section.
Either that, or hotels.com shows most hostels. I believe there’s also a hostels dedicated site called Hostelworld.
