Try the sleeper Berlin to Paris (Thursday/ Saturday/Tuesday), then direct train to Barcelona.

Or Berlin-Paris during the day, then Paris-Cerbere or Perpignan sleeper, then onwards to Barcelona

I would also recommend Berlin-Paris during the day and then the Paris-Latour-de-Carol sleeper, then onwards to Barcelona. That sleeper runs more frequently than the one to Cerbère. It’s also a very scenic journey from Latour-de-Carol to Barcelona.

I would also recommend allowing for at least a 4 hours buffer after any train coming from Berlin, especially Night trains, as 2 hours delay are quite frequent. Gare de l’Est and Gare de Lyon (or Austerlitz) in Paris are close, but you still need time to get a ticket for the subway or the bus.
