Depends on you honestly. Most people prefer to travel in the mornings as the check-out is usually at or before 10am and they don’t want to sit around doing nothing with their luggage.
You should also plan around the train timetables and it’s usually safer not to take the last connection of the day (aka to avoid getting stranded).
