Boarder Romania/Bulgaria

Hey 😉,

I want to cross the Border from Romania to Bulgaria this Summer, between Giurgiu and Russe. Unfortunately there are no trains in August and September, atleast according to the railplanner app. Does anyone know why and/or another safe way to cross?

There will be trains. NEVER use the rail panner app to plan.
