HelloI booked night train tickets between Paris and Berlin with OBB Nightjet. These tickets are non-cancellable and were issued as PDFs.Unfortunately, I have to cancel this trip with my partner because her exams have been postponed at the time of the trip.1/ Do you know if there is a way to still get a refund, even partial, in cases of force majeure?2/ Do you know if it's possible to sell them to relatives and easily change the name on the ticket?Thank you for your help. Have a great day.

This should be something for travel insurance. You can't cancel if a ticket is non-refundable.

If you booked pass reservations though, then these should be refundable.

If you booked a Sparschiene ticket, then it can't be transferred to someone else.

You could call ÖBB, explain your case and ask if they could e.g. offer a voucher instead.
