IV booked a sleeper train from Paris to Narbonne it didn't give me options and has given me a middle bunk and I need to change to lower how do I do this

You should be able to do this at an SNCF ticket office in Paris (or elsewhere in France). They’ve moved seats for me in the past.
well, best to talk to your neighbors on the train or try to change the reservation at the station…
