it's one week that I try to complete my booking form; everytime I put the photo of my passport and they say they're checking it, but the next days it's like disappeard and it says that i didn't complete the booking yet.

Where are you booking and what are you trying to book?

I don’t think I’ve ever had to upload a photo of my passport as part of the process.  It shouldn’t be required to buy your interrail pass and it is 100% not required for any seat reservations.

I actually won the pass. So they sent me a booking form to confirme my booking and there it asks about my passport or Id, but they are not checking them idk why. I’m travelling with another friend and they checked his Id istantly. Now it’s 2 weeks that I try and they didn’t even answer me when i wrote them. I can’t start booking my trains and so my journay if they don’t check my documents.
