Booking mistake, I lost a travel day


how to undo booking?

I booked a ticket and can not undo.

it was a TICKET WITH RESEVATIONS FEES 

but did not pay anything

not going to use it because it was today

going in 2 weeks time

now the app say i used ¼ days

so 3 days left

You can deactivate and remove all trains from your pass at any point up to midnight Central European Time on the day of travel.

Once the day has begun then you have permanently used that day.

 

Your only option is to ASK Eurail to correct your mistake, they are under no obligation to do this but they may help.

You should never activate your pass before your first day of travel and never activate a travel day in advance. Make sure to deactivate any more travel days that are active.
