I'm attempting to make a booking from Australia. The booking is for a trip on April 28, 2026, from Ancona to Patras. I insert all my and my wife's details, as well as the discount details for our Global Eurail pass and our passports. However, when I click on the 'Port Agencies' button, I receive an error message - ‘default extra not found’. See the second picture below.
If I leave that blank, then I receive the error message 'Accept the required details to continue with the reservation.' See the first picture below.
I have tried booking without the 'early bird' feature and received the same problem. I have tried different types of browsers to no avail. The problem occurs with either credit card or PayPal payment types. We have been booking other services in Europe without a problem.
