How do I book tickets with a train company and link it to my Eurail pass?

Your pass is your ticket. For trains included in your pass you don't need to buy any other tickets.

You may need reservations for some trains. The best ways to book them are explained here:

Reservations are completely separate from the pass and don't need to be linked in any way. If a reservation is mandatory, you just need to show your pass and the reservation.
