Hello,

I have a global interrail pass and i plan to take the Caledonian Sleeper on october 19th from London to Edinbugh. I made the reservation with the caledonian sleeper customer service. The issue is that the timeline doesn’t match between what i got in my reservation (21h30 → 5h30) and on the website (21h30 → 4h44) and moreover the train doesn’t showed up on the interrail train planificator so i don’t know if its good or not.

Which website do you mean, where the arrival shows up as 5:30? In any case, to verify timetables, always check with the operator:

The train will arrive at 4:44 but you can stay on board until 8:00.

This seems to be a changed timetable, probably because of engineering works, and the Rail Planner app still has the original timetable with departure in London at 23:30. It will eventually be updated. If that still  hasn't happened on your travel day, or if the train appears with a change in Carstairs, then add it manually.

@rvdborgt The arrival at 5h30 is coming from the reservation validation coming from the customer service of the company so that’s why i’m confused.

Thx for the quick anwser

You can always ask the company who runs the train.
