Can I use the 4 days greek island pass to travel (by ferry) 4 different times , for example day1:09/08, day2:14/08, day3:25/08, day4:31/08 ?

It's possible to buy it now but there's no need to do so.
Activation / use must take place after 11 months at the latest.

You can wait for a promotion. In some years there was one around valentine day. Just subscribe interrail newsletter to get informed.
